Click Start>Computer/my computer>Removeable Drive F. Do this while your USB thingy is in.

Right.
It's probably not reading your micro-SD card (if you have it inserted in properly). In which case, I'd suggest getting a new one. I know, drastic, but if it can't read it anyway, there's not really much else you can do. You can look on Google or something, but otherwise, yeah =/
