What's your runthrough team going to be in HG and SS?

I think i'll try to get: Meganium, magmar/arcanine, granbull, noctowl, slowking/bro, weezing.

My team is gonna be:Hypno Noctowl Gengar Typlohsion Electrode and Slowbro.

I will try anything that will be common to me,but most definitly I will start with Chikorita.

hmm slowbro, typhlosion, im not totally sure. I'll have to see what else I can get early in the game

My team: Typhlosion. Thats all I need. If I did it in Crystal as a kid I can definetely do it in HG/SS

For now: Starter(probbaly Typhlosion), Crobat, Ampharos, Kingler, Ursaring and Hitmontop.

Why don't you get both Heart Gold & Soul Silver? That's what I'm doing

I think that's a pretty well mixed team, I lack a fire type but eh I don't really care.

I'll start with Cyndaquil, no doubts. And hopefully I'll get a Scyther from the Bug Catching Contest (which is the part of the game I am looking forward to the most).

I think it's a good team.

Ferget them 3rd and 4th gen'rs if they're gonna be in there.

How do you know your going to be able to get Electivire, Magmortar, Rhyperior, and Togekiss?

ill trade them to platinum give them there items and trade them back to hg or ss and i could get eggs and trade them to hg and ss in the beggining of thegame
