i would say Smoochum or Magby not a big Elekid fan

But Jynx deserves a evolution

Well, if you take the evolutionary lines into account... I'd have to say Magby/Magmar/Magmortar

1) Magmar has the best attacking stats of the three
2) Lava Plume, Flamethrower at a low level, and Fire Blast = win.
3) Cross Chop and several fighting moves by Breeding
4) Confuse Ray is a good move, so is faint attack
But Elekid is a close second...

IMHO, Smoochum/Jynx = not in the conversation. If you count evolutions and even if you don't, because of all the weaknesses. But that's just my opinion.
