| Yeah, Its overleveled, but that's a good thing. Some gripes though, ignore these if you want to save TMs/Heart Scales.
First, Get rid of Swift on Skarm. Swift is a weak special move. Also, ditch Air Cutter for Fly or Pluck. This is really important that neither Air Cutter or Swift is on Skarm because Skarmory can''t use Special moves well. Here, lemme think of a moveset for skarm real quick. Also get rid of Fury Attack.
You have two choices for move #1. First, you can get TM88 Pluck before chuck, it's between the Whirl Islands and Olivine, that's the first move you want. Fly also works here if you don't mind waiting. Second, again only if you are okay with using it, teach Skarmory Roost. You get this TM from Falkner so it shouldn't be a problem. Skarm is supposed to wall, so Roost is essential. Alright, for the third move, go with Slash when Skarm reaches 42. When Skarmory reaches lv 45, replace Slash with Night Slash. If you don't want to use the Roost TM, stick with both Slash and Night Slash on the same set. If you don't mind using heart scales, Spikes works well here too.
Skarmory Lv 45 @ Roost/Slash, Pluck/Fly, Night Slash, Steel Wing
For Espeon, now that you have Psychic, there is no use for two Psychic moves on the same pokemon. Since Espeon has a very shallow movepool, I'm actually recommending Reflect over Confusion here. Works alot better for you, and allows you to set up and patch up Espeons shoddy defense. Reflect TMs can be bought cheaply in Goldenrod. So Espeon's moveset will look like this:
Espeon @ Lv 45 Swift, Reflect, Psychic, Shadow Ball
Usually I'd go surf over status on Lanturn, but since you have Sunny Day support, keep both Confuse Ray and Thunder Wave. Get two efficient HM slaves though, I'd recommend Farfetch'd and Gyarados.
Alright, that Hitmontop set is a mess. Okay, here's what to do: Explore Mt. Mortars upper cave until you find Aerial Ace. Replace either Triple Kick or Rolling Kick, the two moves are very close to equal. With Technician, Aerial Ace hits for 90 Base Power and always hits. Alright, for the next move, go with Thief. This move will be 60 BP w/Technician and always steals the opponents items, plus fighting/dark allows you to hit ghost-types. This is very useful in Gym Battles where pokemon have berries. This also makes grinding for held items alot easier.
Final moveset: Hitmontop @: Thief, Rolling Kick/Aerial Ace, Triple Kick/Aerial Ace, Revenge
For Entei. If you don't mind using TM's, replace Stomp with Return, which has more base Power as long as Entei likes you. Also, give Entei Iron Tail, which is another physical move in its arsenal and allows it to hit Ghosts and Rocks. Roar i guess is Okay for the last move, though Solarbeam also works since you have Sunny Day support.
Entei @ Return/Stomp, Iron Tail, Flamethrower, Roar/Solarbeam
Since you have Sunny Day, replace Jumpluff's Mega Drain with Solarbeam:
Jumpluff @ Solarbeam, U-Turn, Synthesis, Sunny Day
Alright, hope I helped.

| Alright, since you can trade them over to platinum, this works betterer:
Go Calm Mind > Swift on Espeon Go Stone Edge > Roar/Solarbeam on Entei Go Toxic > Night Slash on Skarmory Go Earthquake > Thief on Hitmontop
Jumpluff and Laturn are okay... | |
