| I hate it when people draw on them self with pen. I can't stand having ink on my skin, so just watching someone else do it gets to me. | |

| Your fine, ink is harmless. Unless of course it gets into your blood stream, but then again if anything gets there your screwed. The only way to get poisoning is to stab yourself and blow the ink in. | |

| Actually the ink molecules are even smaller than what your skin and veins are made of, I heard. So maybe if ya rub the ink a bit some molecules might get in yur blood stream. I would suggest soap instead of rubbing water to get rid of it, unless U already did. Anyway it doesn't look like enough ink to actually harm you. But excessive writing on yur skin, like usin your hand as a planner, might get you ink poisoning. | |

| Ink smaller than your skin and veins? Thats not possible. If it was true the force of just writing it would send it through your skin. Your in no danger unless you have a open wound but even then if your body can repeal something as small and simple as a virus; ink isn't going to do anything. | |

Well it is very possible, the ink molecules are obviously made up of smaller, or even less atoms than your skin. Also, your skin cells are layerd. Think it like one of those lottery machines where you insert a ball at the top and watch it fall down bumping on those pegs. It doesn't go to the bottom on contact, neither does it do so quickly. It may eventually reach the bottom over time and with gravity.

| When your talking about getting down to the atom size it isn't ink anymore, its another compound. Like I say, skin is designed to repeal even viruses, which are small enough to infect bacterium. There is noway ink can get down through your skin. That's why tattoos hurt so much, you have to pierce your old skin and dig below your new skin, right between your muscles and where your new skin grows. Otherwise they could just draw with very thin ink. | |

| Final, I think what he meant was that the skin absorbs the ink into the blood stream. | |

But I assumed by posting this in the Art section, i'd get comments about the design. not wether or not I had ink poisoning.. What gets absorbed through the skin is going to a different compound than ink. So as long as the people that make ink do accidentally use toxin your fine XD My bad, I like bits and parts of it but I really have to see the whole think(a little further) to give you a solid opinion.

But I assumed by posting a thread called 'I'm so lucky I don't have ink poisoning', you wanted comments about whether or not you had ink poisoning. Not whether or not it looked cool. (Admittedly, I think it does.)
