| Wow. Sorry if I come off harsh.
1. Bastiodon sucks. Period. He's 4x weak to two of Steels most common weaknesses! Fighting AND Ground. And with no EVs, he's going down faster than a drunk, loose slut on Sean Connery. Never use him in OU. Ever. If you want a Steel type lead:
Metagross @ Occa Berry Clear Body Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpAtk) EVs: 252 HP/ 236 Atk/ 8 Def/ 12 Spd
Stealth Rock Bullet Punch Explosion Earthquake
-or-
Jirachi @ Choice Scarf Serene Grace Joll Nature (+Spd, -SpAtk) EVs: 80 HP/ 252 Atk/ 176 Spd
Iron Head Trick Stealth Rock U-Turn
Both are more viable that your current lead by a LONG stretch.
2. Magnezone is the best Steel Trapper in the game, so he's good because almost all teams have 2-3 Steel types in their teams, and 1/3 teams carries Scizor now. But your set sucks ass.
Magnezone @ Choice Scarf Magnet Pull Naive Nature (+Spd, -SpDef) EVs: 132 Atk/ 252 SpAtk/ 124 Spd
Explosion Hidden Power [Fire] Thunderbolt Flash Cannon
Outspeeds Jolly Lucario and everything below it, that's as fast as you need it. Max SpAtk and the rest is pumped into Atkfor a stronger Explosion. Scizor destroyer.
3. Lucario...Something so versatile deserves a decent set.
Lucario @ Life Orb Inner Focus (ALWAYS Inner Focus) Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpAtk) EVs: 252 Atk/ 6 Def/ 252 Spd
Swords Dance Close Combat Crunch Extreme Speed
This is the Standard LO/SD Lucario. One of the best late game sweepers ever. However, this is steel and there are few Special Attackers, hence a Special Lucario may be more productive.
Lucario @ Life Orb/Choice Specs Inner Focus Modest/Timid Nature (+SpAtk/+Spd, -Atk) EVs: 6 Def/ 252 SpAtk/ 252 Spd
Aura Sphere Shadow Ball Hidden Power [Grass] Vacuum Wave/Dragon Pulse
4. Scizor is the least bad of your guys. But he's still horrendous.
Scizor @ Choice Band Technician Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpAtk) EVs: 248 HP/ 252 Atk/ 8 Spe
Bullet Punch U-Turn Brick Break/Superpower Pursuit
Standard CB Scizor. Or you could go with my personal favorite Scizor:
Scizor @ Life Orb Technician Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk) EVs: 252 HP/ 56 Atk/ 188 SpD/ 12 Spe
Bullet Punch Pursuit U-turn Roost
More utility than the Standard.
5. Empoleon's BEST set is Agility with 3 Atks.
Empoleon @ Life Orb Torrent Modest Nature (+SpAtk, -Atk) EVs: 46 HP/ 252 SpAtk/ 212 Spd
Agility Surf/Hydro Pump Grass Knot Ice Beam
Enough speed to outrun ScarfTran after an Agility, and can OHKO with Surf. Life Orb for more power and Torrent Activates faster with it, letting your Sweep be even harder to stop without a strong Mach Puncher.
6. Metagross I covered, so I'm going to go on to something no Steel Team should be without:
Heatran @ Leftovers Flash Fire Modest Nature (+SpAtk, -Atk) EVs: 6 HP/ 252 SpAtk/ 252 Spd
Substitute Toxic Fire Blast/Flamethrower Earth Power
Covers fire weakness perfectly, and has good synergy with Scizor.
Final Thoughts: -I would suggest Skarmory or Bronzong to remove your amazing Ground weakness, especially since you should be carrying Tran and Magnezone to defend against Fire and Electric moves. -The team lacks any real synergy. I'd restart from the ground up, to be honest. - I don't mean to sound harsh or mean. Just blunt.

Synergy is how well pokemon work together. Like Gyarados and Electivire/Jolteon. Or Scizor/Skarmory/Bronzong and Heatran.

| If this is your gym team, you can have 1 wildcard pokemon too.
I would definatly go with what Ciaran said, but he doesn't have any definat walls. That is why i think that you should bring in a bronzong or a skarmory. They resist ground moves and can really help your team.

They resist ground moves and can really help your team. Balanced teams (2 Special Sweeper, 1 Special Wall, 2 Physical Sweepers, 1 Physical Wall) don't work when you get to play better players. It's all about prediction and offense. The metagame is all about how much damage you can do and how fast/consistently you can do it. Unless you play stall. That's something totally different.

And I happen to have had a lot more fun with a more offensive playing style lately, so I'm rating to that end more often than not. If you want something more balanced I can try to help, but Skarm just doesn't do the job well enough. Bronzong outclasses it by a wide margin.

Bronzong Magnezone Scizor Heatran Empoleon Lucario N since u guys want to know about my bronzong these are its moves Bronzong @ Occa Berry Ability - Levitate Nature - Impish EV - HP55~Def255~Sp.Def200 - Hypnosis - Light Screen - Rain Dance - Gyro Ball before I end this I want to tell U something the reason why I teach rain dance because of 2 things No.1 First of all when the opponent uses a fire type move the damage will be cut into 1/2 and the second thing is that my other pokemon can survive with one fire type move when there is rain dance and the reason why I also teach Light screen is that sometimes when they used a fire type move most of the time it will be like 3/8 is fire physical base moves and 5/8 is fire special base moves and special base moves will be cut into 1/4 i guess I think thats all for that and thanks :P :P ..... ~ ______________ Just for your information i am the almighty steel type gym leader for the mariogamer80`s league! click here! if u want to sub to my favorites. www.youtube.com/user/emeraldshadowblaze

With Heatran and Empoleon you don't have to worry too, too much about Fire moves, to be honest. Although Rain Dance isn't a BAD idea anyway. Empoleon or Lucario is what I would say is your "weak link" at the moment. replace one of them with your wildcard. Preferably something that resists Fighting, Ground, and Fire. If you're going the route of Rain Dance, Zapdos sounds like a good Idea (Thunder FTW).

| Wild card means another type of pokemon.
Example: You have a steel team. You could have a flying type on your team too.
