what pokemon game is your least favourite/waste of time?

mine is probably one of those trozei things where you match up faces which is pointless as it only has pictures to do with pokemon.

Well the biggest waste of time in the main series games is probably Pokemon D/P. Idk, i just love the R/B/Y, G/S/C days. Oh and Emerald is awesome cause of Aron :D

In the main series... I can't really say. Maybe D/P, but we might have to wait until we're in 5th gen and I look back on the good old days.

As for the others, I actually played Trozei quite a bit. Didn't feel much like a Pokemon game, but it was interesting. So I dunno, Ranger maybe?

That said, I can't really consider any of them to be wastes of time. I enjoyed playing them, so I believe that's time well spent. :D

Edit: Except Pokemon Dash! That game was pretty lame. :|

The pokemon games started lacking fun after the 2nd gen. However, Spending about 6 hours restarting my GBA to get a shiny Regice was possibly the best 6 hours of my life.

lol yeah i spent like two hours on diamond trying to get shiny giraqtina then i realised this was a really big waste of time so i stopped

i think pokemon dash was a complete waste of time i never really got the idea and i feel nintendo used it to promote the ds to pokemon fans

I'm actually surprised no one has brought up Pokemon Channel. I mean most pointless Pokemon games in my mind. I think Pokemon Snap was one of the best console games.

Pokemon Yellow because getting pikachu as starter kinda sucked you could not evolve it and the only way was to trade a pikachu from red and blue.
The only good thing about the game was you could get all 3 starters in yellow.
This game just felt like a pointless cash in because added nothing new really.

Pokemon Channel amused me for a while, Pokemon Trozi or w/e was the worst in my opinion.

I also really hated yellow, but Snap is by far the worst. I liked all the others but I still think blue (my first one) was the best lol I like the original. Crystal was also great

Well, in my opinion, Mystery Dungeon just wasn't fun. I thought it had a lot of potential, I really did. But it was on the borderline of too easy/unfun.

Snap was awesome.
Of the few spin-offs I played, Mystery Dungeon.
Of the main series, breeding for teams on D/P felt like an excessive waste of time.

Dash was the biggest waste of time, Imo.
But I wouldn't have a DS without it..
so meh.

On the case of Pokémon Yellow:
I hate pikachu too. [Only in yellow, cuz they changed it's cry, and it annoyed me]

The biggest waste of time in my opinion would be the 3rd gen because of the fact there is no way to train your Pokemon well since there was no VS.Seeker.
It was also a waste of time to try and navigate all the seas.

Pokemon G/S/C and the Mystery Dungeon series would have to be the best Pokemon games I have ever played.

Since the G/S remakes are coming out I may have to change this post later.

I dissagree with the 3rd gen thing. Hoenn kicked ass, tremendous amounts of ass, the Pokemon were unique, there was plenty to explore, and it was an all out cool region.

Yes, but they could have done better with the story line. I mean there is barely a story there. Some of the Pokemon were cool, but they add a whole bunch more useless Pokemon like - Feebas, The whole Wrumple family, and most importantly Pusle and Minum.

There was a pretty big gap bbetween team magma/aqua encounters.

The 3rd gen also had some pretty big okemon too. I.E:Metagross, salamance, regis, jirachi....

That's what I mean the huge gaps left the story line bone dry and not to mention your rival who barely shows up anywhere.

Some of those Pokemon are okay, but then some of them just plain suck.
