well I'm working on a hack of fire red but when ever I change the starter pokemon using advance starter or change the wild pokemon, they don't evolve. they start to and then it stops as if you pressed B with the dialog displaying "...?" does any one know how to fix this?

Ok What IS the Pokemon Because If You Don't Have The National PokeDex And Its In Another Region Besides The Kanto region, It Simply Can't Evolve.Also Someone Should Delete This Topic Because AngryAmpharaos Made A 'Hacking Help Thread'.Hope This Helps
