Downloading issues?!?!

Lol. I need moar help.

Okay, here's the thing. I'm asking for help because I want to be able to download ROMs again, but it's not just ROMs that I can't download.

So, I use Firefox. I use WinRar to download my ROMs etc. But lately this has not been working. When I download it, using WinRar to open it. I get an error message telling me that the ROM I'm trying to download is an unknown file type or damaged. so WinRar won't open it. I find it in the WinRar Archive, but it says there is still a problem so I can't extract the files. In the Firefox Window that opens for downloads, I can't open the file. I right-click on it, and I am unable to open the file or the file location.
I have tried Opening the file and Saving the file with Firefox and neither works.

I tried using internet explorer to do the same thing. I tried opening it, but no file opened. I tried to save it to desktop but nothing appeared on my desktop.
I tried opening and saving it with different programs on both browsers. I tried uninstalling WinRar, and downloading it then, no luck. I re-installed WinRar and the same problems still happen.

So does anyone know what I could do? The same thing happens with things I download, but the program I use to open them opens anyway.


So yeah, ... if anyone can help this would be greatly appreaciated.

EDIT: I just downloaded a new browser: Google Chrome. Downloading ROMs etcetera seems to work just fine with that, but in my opinion Firefox pwns Google Chrome, so if you still have any solustions please tell me. :D

well i i guess that means the file is corrupted,if u want roms
GBA go to Doperoms

NDS go to Romulation
