this is quite the original kind of winning strategy. I came across this idea when I realized that some of my favorite cards (Chainsaw Insect, Destiny Hero - Defender, and Dark bribe) all seem to make my opponent draw cards, which add up to them getting close to decking out.

Well, I made the deck a bit more defensive and stallish. Basically the only reason for offense was to get rid of strong monsters. Chainsaw insect fits it perfectly, along with the mage power which is the best equip card IMO.

Here's the Deck [40]

Monsters [14]
2x Kuraz the Light Monarch
3x Chainsaw Insect
3x Destiny Hero - Defender
1x Morphing Jar
2x Needle Worm
1x Spirit Reaper
2x Morphing Jar #2

Spells[15]
2x Mage Power
1x Mystical Space Typhoon
1x Card Destruction
1x Level Limit - Area B
3x Gravekeeper's Servant
2x Hand Destruction
1x Pot of Avarice
1x Dragged Down to the Grave
1x Heavy Storm
1x Fissure
1x Swords of Revealing Light

Traps[11]
3x Gift of Greed
3x Dark Bribe
1x Gravity Bind
1x Divine Wrath
1x Solemn Judgment
1x Call of the Haunted
1x Mirror Force

Something I like doing is laying 2 or 3 gift of greeds out on the field, and on the end phase of my opponent's turn, I force them to draw cards that go beyond 7, so they must discard them XD

Its an okay deck, I give it 6/10. Equip cards are never smart to use. Also, you seem to be all over the place with monster types, mainly getting rids of cards. That is all well and good, but you do not have any monsters or cards that benefit from that.

You should have Torrential Tribute in almost every deck and bottomless is good too. Also try Sasuke Samurai #3 http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Sasuke_Samurai_3 He makes your opponent draw when he inflicts battle damage. Downside is he has 1000atk/Def so try equiping mage power.
