| Can someone please tell me why this guy - https://2img.net/r/ihimizer/img222/6558/problemh.jpg isn't letting me go through? I have played for a little bit and the PokeGear started ringing. It answered itself (I think that means that the person has something important to say) but since I don't understand Japanesse I can't get what he/she is saying... Please someone help me. Btw. This is on the route next to Olivine City (The one going to Cianwood)

Maybe the event of the 3 dogs will trigger him to go...I think that's it. Go to Ecruteak and go in the north-western burnt building and release the dogs. | |
