pokemon manga run

well hi people out there on the sos brigade i got and idea for a run but only for pokemon its called a manga run i know you all know trainer red gold silver and green but have you ever though of using them in a run im doing it do it with me

rules
1.4 pokemon must belong to your trainer of choice
2. cant steal a trainer
3. cheating is ok to a point
4.please dont go around saying i did this first
and thats all
