Volkner is definitely my pick:

What is your favorite Gym Leader of all time? Volkner

I would have to go with Volkner, the Electric Gym Leader of the Sinnoh Region! He's my favorite because he acts really cool and just has an overall cool attitude! I loved when he was at the Lighthouse saying that no challenger was tough enough for him and that just makes him my favorite Leader!

1st gen: erika (too easy to beat)
2nd gen: jasmine (gymleader nurse joy )
3rd gen : winona (i hate the gym and its layout)
4th gen : volkner (too arrogant) or fantina (hate the way she talks and she is french like why would you have a french gym leader in a game the only good thig bout her is her team on plat is ok

I must say definately Volkner. He kicked my ass 12 times. I counted it was 12 friggin times. He has a pretty cool attitude like MunchingOrange said and Electivire and Luxray = totally badass!!
