What's your runthrough team going to be in HG and SS?

i plan on using my typical team for the Gold/Silver off the GameBoy

I'll defo use scyther probably start with cyndaquil and use some pokemon that people don't normally use.

I'm getting Feraligatr, Suicune (he owns), Arcanine, Raichu, Hitmontop, and finally, Sandslash. If I could beat the whole game and Red with that team, I can do it in SoulSilver.

I did the game but only like half cuz it crashed...
One thing i am wondering - does Haunter evolve into a Gengar with out trading in SS/HG?

No. Why would it?

Typhlosion(my Star) Gengar,Blastoise, Muk, Natu and ummmm....... Golem.

in SS its gonna be: Feraligatr, Marowak, Slowbro, Skarmory, Ninetales, and Espeon
its not that balanced..but i need both a Waterfall user (Feraligatr) and a Surf user (Slowbro)

I don't know right now, but I'm gonna start with totodile and maybe use umbreon.

i know i will NOT use any of the starters in my team, i will use:
Mantine as water type,
Pideot/knocktowl for flying
Forretress, basically a defense wall, kinda strong pokemon
MAYBE Weezing, idk but i want to use a poison type 'cause ive never used one before.
