My first background

Be nice, its the first one that I've decided to put on my YT. Please feel free to give constructive criticism.

i Like the idea of Charizard Blowing Fire on the snow to make rain

pick clearer images - stick with a single color scheme.
The images clash with the red bits on the side.

I agree with Akera. this background would look much better if you used a single color instead of a picture. Some examples would be to change the Snow for a Light Blue background and the fire for a red background. If you have some skills in photoshop or GIMP you can make Gradient and Texture Patterns which make it look cool without having to use pictures.

Another thing I would add is to use colors that complement each other since the Red and Blue dont look so good side by side. Last but not least, I would recommend using a different color font for the Candice part because its a little too light and hard to see.
