Having someone make a deck for you is an okay idea, as long as you modify it to fit your style of play. If you just copy a deck from online completely, you won't be too good with it, since it wasn't made for your style of play. There are thousands if possibilities and strategies, it just takes some google searching and some patience to make a deck that suits you best.
