Wave (Video Game Creation) Team Needed

Hello there and I am here to Post another looong thing well im not sure how long i think this one might be short
so anyways i would like to tell you about a game I am making it is a typical fan made JRPG (I say jrpg because i want it to be like a anime-ish game) so I have a small team already i am the lead programer and creator and i have 2 illustrators for cut scenes and monsters and i might get a composer if i am lucky but for now i am asking for these positions

Composer - Needed (Might Not But I Will Keep Anyways Just In Cause So Dont Sign Up Without Demo's)
Sprite Editor - Needed
2nd Programmer - Wanted But Not Needed It would be nice for extra help
3rd Programmer - Wanted But Not Needed It would be nice for extra help

There are other positions but we do not need them at the moment

Anyways I hope you don't criticize this post (CUZ I HATE THAT but i like it cuz it helps) and if you wish to help that would be great and this is our first game so we have no prior knowledge (expect illustrators since they practiced drawing) but i have only used RPG MAKER VX once and I loved its easy and hard and the same time and we are not looking for mappers with it cuz its point less we want people who can do cool stuff with it (Were not asking to do expert coding just normal stuff) So i hope you guys enjoyed my post
