Put 252 in Blissey's Hp. Also replace Ice beam for Sciesmic toss.

Hypnosis having dropped to 60% accuracy has made it less usable and the most common leads destroy Yanmega without Hidden Power [Ground], and even with HP it fails to deal with some of the more present leads. Plus losing half of his HP to SR is not a good thing.

Empoleon works better as an Agility sweeper then as an SD tank.

Machamp's okay. I'd go with Stone Edge over Payback.

Gengar's good. I might suggest Scarfing it, but it's not needed.

Gliscor's not a physical wall, he's a tank. The set's okay, though.

Blissey is good. I might suggest Flamethrower over Ice Beam for Scizor.

Well I have personally been doing fine with yanmega, but what would you recommend instead?

In experte there's an OPTION for it to be 70%. Not everyone plays with it. And there are places other than experte that won't have such a clause.

Let's see, Stone Edge which deals with Gyarados and Mence and gives NEAR perfect coverage along with Dynamic Punch, along with 100 BP 100% of the time, or a move that sometimes has 100 BP and doens't give all that much coverage that Machamp needs except on Psychic types that he will be outsped and KO'd by. Great idea to pick Payback.

I love how everybody avoids answering my question. What would be a better lead?

What in the world do you want from your lead? Do you want your lead to cause some earlygame damage? Set up Stealth Rocks? Stop OTHERS from setting up Stealth Rock? You need to tell us these things. If you simply want a lead that can cause earlygame damage, Yanmega is actually not a bad choice. Few are prepared for him anymore, and he CAN hurt many common leads. Hypnosis is unreliable but, since Experte tweaks it, it's good. Also, this team is offensive right? You have 5 sweepers/tanks. Blissey is not needed in this kind of team. Furthermore, your team is DEAD if a Latias or Suicune sets up on you. It is very easy for them to set up on Blissey, more so than your other Pokemon, so you want to go with the theme. You also have a LOT of trouble going up against well-played stall. To combat this, I would change out Blissey for hard-hitter and/or mixed attacker. Some variant of Infernape would be a good option, as Fire is a very important attacking type in today's metagame. It also helps deal with your Mamoswine weakness. Now little should be able to set up on you.

^Uhhh forget that. I just realized that Empoleon serves as a glue to stop these major threats from sweeping your team. However, I do not change my stance that you should have a hard hitter in place of Blissey. Machamp, Empoleon, and Gliscor can take hits OK.

You need some more descritption on your pokemon. I don't really understand how your team fits together.
