| Keep firing at and running over the cops... you will eventually get 6 stars.
If not, use cheat codes for the tank and wreak havoc until you get 6 stars. | |

| You have to make it to the 2nd island before you can get 6 stars. The max is 4 stars before you unlock the next island. | |
