im asuming your near azalea town so, if you teach a pokemon headbutt and go back to azalea town, you can get heracrosses!!!!! for the other one, you literally NEED a water type to get through thr game, so yeah..

You just need a poke that can learn waterfall surf and whirlpool actually. You could use an HM slave if you wanted, ahaha. I suggest Forretress
