| Loppuny - Anti Lead Loppuny @ Choice Scarf IV's: Max EV's: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd Nature: Jolly Ability: Klutz - Fake Out - Switcheroo - Return - Magic Coat / Healing Wish Loppuny has an ability called Klutz. What this ability does it make it so it cannot take advantage of hold items. Normally this would be bad. However in this case it is very good. Loppuny can cripple an opposing lead if needed, but if not it can change moves and wait until the right moment to do it. Unless you are against a Ghost type for obvious reasons always start with Fake Out. Fake Out allows you to scout what your opponents item could be, if it is an item such as Leftovers, and break possible Focus Sashes. Next you can either Switcheroo to cripple your opponents lead, or Magic Coat if you predict a status move from a lead such as Choice Scarf Venusaur or Uxie. If you predict a Taunt, just attack with Return, as it is really all you can do, or switch out. Healing Wish is a possible option for the last slot, as late game having a Pokemon with no damage on at all can be the difference from victory and defeat. A lot of teams have trouble stopping a sweep from Pokemon such as Swords Dance Absol and Dragon Dance Feraligatr more than twice. Healing Wish gives those Pokemon a second chance of sweeping, as odds are their counters are usually weakened or dead by that time. Loppuny performs better in UU, as it's stats are far too poor to be OU viable.

| Good job, Amphy. This set is extremely viable throughout UU. I see no problems with the set, and the description is flawless. One thing though. I don't mean to be a stickler, but idk. :D - Quote :

| Great set amphy. I would also include under the 4th move slot an option for thunder-wave, and write about how thunder wave could support your team or some stuff like that. | |

It could work, but Magic Coat and Healing Wish tend to be much better options. | |
