If you're using lead Gyara you want Taunt and a bulky EV spread. But Lead Gyara sucks now, so don't use it. Use this late game, make it jolly (to outspeed neutral 90 base Scarfers after a DD, Porygon-Z anyone?) and remove Ice Fang for Stone Edge or Bounce. Ice Fang won't KO Celebi, which is the only reason you'd want it over Stone Edge or Bounce (which has more base power when neutral than Ice Fang does Super Effective). Use Leftovers as your item, btw.

Looks fine, although I believe Togekiss's typing make it less effective at taking hits, so you should pump it's damage dealing a speed.

Replace with nearly any other Physical sweeper. SD Lucario, SD/CB Scizor, NP/CB/SD/Mix Infernape...SOMETHING else. EQ weak, which is bad because you have 3 EQ weak and it's the most common move in the game. Stone Edge weak, you have 3 of those, too.
