Okay, so this is my actual team.

An Old Team Ambipom

Ambipom@Life Orb
Ability - Technician
Nature - Jolly (+Spe - SpA)
EV's - 252 Spe , 252 Atk, 6 HP

-Fake Out
-Double Hit
-Brick Break
-U-Turn

I have found this move set to work very well, killing of most other common leads, mostly Focus Sashed, and works pretty well against other slower leads. Fake Out can do over half, leading for an easy kill, as this Ambipom's quite speedy.

An Old Team Glaceon

Glaceon@Choice Scarf
Ability - Snow Cloak
Nature - Timid (+ Spe, -Atk)
EV's - 252 SpA, 152 Spe, 100 SpD ( These EV's are messed, I know, help?)

-Hidden Power(Fighting)
-Ice Beam
-Shadow Ball
-Toxic ( Not Sure about this one, Suggestions taken)

Yeah so this is my Special Attacker, kinda sweeperish thingey, had some problems with it in the past but I think I sorted it Out.

An Old Team Scizor

Scizor@Life Orb
Ability - Technician
Nature - Adamant (+Atk, - SpA)
EV's - 252 Atk, 224 Spe, 32 HP

-Bullet Punch
-Roost
-Brick Break
-Swords Dance

Standard SD Scizor. Roost is there because I can heal up for more Bullet Punching goodness.

An Old Team Milotic

Milotic@Leftovers
Ability - Marvel Scale
Nature - Bold (+Def, - Atk)
EV's - 252 HP, 252 Def, 6 SpD

-Light Screen
-Surf
-Recover
-Toxic

I love this Milotic. Light Screen support makes this Milotic an all round wall, with Toxic wearing down my opponents HP, I can easily take out most Pokemon.

An Old Team Snorlax

Ability - Thick Fat
Nature - Careful (+SpD, - SpA)
EV's - 168 HP, 120 Def, 220 SpD

-Curse
-Body Slam
-Rest
-Crunch

Curselax, 'nuff said.

An Old Team Rotomheat

Ability - Levitate
Nature - Bold (+Def, - Atk)
EV's - 252 HP, 168 Def, 88 Spe

-Thunderbolt
-Shadow Ball
-Overheat
-Will-O-Wisp

I love this pokemon, can take hits and do damage, also gets some handy Burns away. Can also be quite the little tank in its own way.Just Win.

...This team looks like it was put together in 5 minutes with no thought. So you have a Lead, a few tanks, and a few sweepers. What are you getting at with this team?

Yeah it was, did you read the bit at the top? Its a random team i came up with. Not my main team of course, and I did do it in 5 mins because i was running out of time.

I really like the fake out/ last resort ambipom for some reason, but this one works too.

All wrong. Glaceon has a base 65 speed stat, which means it is not a sweeper. Here is a good set that i like to use:

Not much to say here, i just think that you should replace roost for X-Scizor because i doubt that you will have the opportunity to set up AND roost without being damaged badly.

Again not much to say here because it is standard, other than watch out for breelom! Without Ice Beam, he can destroy you if he has seed bomb. One question, do yu use this team in OU? There is one NU on your team, and 2 UUs.

I hate Curse Lax. If you rest up and only get 1-2 curses up, scizor, one of the most common pokemon, will set up and DESTROY YOU! Here's one that I use:

Ev's: 192 HP / 164 Atk / 154 Def

Moveset:

Substitue
Yawn
Fire Punch/Ice Punch/Curse
Body Slam

This set almost garentees atleast one curse being set up. Yawn can scare your opponent away, while you sub up. Then curse, or attack.
