Chatot and Regigigas pokemon i would not generally use because Chatot's stats are bad and even if u nasty plot its speed will prevent it from doing much. Also Regigigas's ability just makes it useless as an attacker might as well dump the evs into hp instead of attack. Good Shedninja replacement depends on what kind of pokemon ur looking for.

All your colors are now italics. Because they were blinding. Anyway BAD LEAD FOR OU. I don't care if you liek it or if you think it's awesum, or if you hate OU pokemon, it's competitive because you play to win and therefore you play with the best Pokes you can for the sake of winning.
Good leads: Infernape Aerodactyl Metagross Jirachi Zapdos Swampert Heatran Togekiss Dragonite etc.
Pick one and post it and I'll give you a great set for it.
Regigigas w/Leftovers
Adamant
252 Attack/ 252 Defence/ 6 Speed
ThunderWave Confuse Ray Substitue Crush Grip
Most Team Ruining pokemon ever :D
Not a chance. With the sheer amount of Fighting moves out there this guy is toast long before 5 turns are up. All of the other Regis are better than this guy, and plenty of people are better than them.
Electivire w/Life Orb
Adamant
252 Attack/ 252 Speed/ 6 HP
EQ ThunderPunch CrossChop IcePunch
Clean Up Pokemon XD
E-vire is crap unless mixed and even then he's just slightly too good for UU. Once again there are far better option available.
Shedinja w/Focus Sash
Adamant
Heal Block Will-O-Wisp X-Scissor Shadow Sneak
Shedinja isn't any good as anyone decent will have SR on their team and therefore he will be USELESS. Which is why I don't understand the rule about no more than one Focus Sash. Weather and SR ruin them, so they're only usable on leads anyway...
Metagross w/Leftovers
Adamant
Agility Meteor Mash Substitute Explosion
Standard Agility Gross
This is not Standard. At all. No Metagross uses Substitute. Thunderpunch or EQ is the way to go.
[i]Ambipom w/Life Orb
Jolly
Fake Out Last Resort
No one ever suspects this muhahahahahahahahahahahaha XD
No one ever expects it because it's not all that good. Its a gimmick by every stretch, you may get a decent hit on one guy, but then they know what you're packing and can easily bring a ghost in to wall you. Hit and run Ambipom is the only one worth using. THE VERDICT:Rebuild it from the ground up. This team will never work against anyone even somewhat competant at the game.

Ok, pick a concept of some sort to begin with. Just one Pokemon will do. Then find out what beats it. And build you team to beat those and the counters of the rest of your guys as well. Check out the RMT I posted for an example. I started with Swampert and built that team from there.

I started with Swampert and built that team from there. Ok lets say skarmory Kay, Skarmory is a physical Wall, Spiker, and a Phazer. And he really shines on stall teams. His weaknesses are Electric and Fire, both mostly Special Attacks. So SpDef T-tar works perfectly since he resists Fire, takes Special hits like a beast and is causes SS which is invaluable to Stall. Infernape deals with both quite well, so you want something that deals with him well. There are two great options, Starmie and Tentacruel. Tenta can spin and set up Toxic Spikes, also amazing for Stall so let's go with him. Well, you now have only a minor SD Lucario weakness here and along with Tentacruel you can use Dancing Tank Gliscor to solve that and to abuse Sand Stream. Then you have 2 slots left. You may want Stall Breakers, since opposing Stall is annoying to deal with. you can use my Wall Breaking Blaziken if you so choose. - Quote :

Another great Stall Breaker is Salamence, but since you're already running Gliscor I wouldn't advise it. And since you lack a way to deal WITH that Stall Breaker I'd suggest Harvest Cresselia as it's the only true counter to it.

Ok, pick a concept of some sort to begin with. Just one Pokemon will do.
Then find out what beats it. And build you team to beat those and the counters of the rest of your guys as well. Check out the RMT I posted for an example. I started with Swampert and built that team from there. Like me Ive got almost a different type of Arcanine on every single one of my teams and I also have a team around Bibarel :)

| You don't want Skarmory to lead and he wants either Shed Shell or Leftovers. Change SR for Roar and give him Drill Peck.
SpDef T-tar's EV spread looks like: 240 HP / 36 Atk / 48 Def / 184 SpDef with a Sassy nature. And he's often Choice Banded, but you can give him Leftovers or Babiri Berry if you want. If Choice Band you want him to have Crunch, Stone Edge, Earthquake, Fire Punch (If Babiri Berry for Scizor)/Pursuit/Aqua Tail.
For the Blaziken I'd say give him EQ, Fire Blast, either fighting Atk, probably Superpower, and Hidden POwer [Grass].
Tentacruel should be his Support set:
Tentacruel @ Leftovers Liquid Ooze Calm Nature EVs: 252 HP / 120 Def / 136 SpDef
Surf Toxic Spikes Knock Off Rapid Spin
Cress is fine.
Gliscor should look something like this:
Gliscor @ Leftovers Sand Veil Impish/Jolly Nature EVs: 252 HP / 40 Def / 216 Spd
Earthquake Roost Stealth Rock Stone Edge
Gliscor can lead, BTW.
NOTE: This is a stall team, it's all about residual damage, swap guys in that will take as little damage as possible from the opponent while Attacking where applicable and trying to force switches so they take Spikes, Stealth Rock, and Toxic Spikes damage as often as possible. You wear them down without need of actually attacking, although you'll still do so.
